Make it look a bit naked… Nude kimbap 누드김밥

Typically kimbap comes with the seaweed on the outside, nude kimbap 누드김밥 however comes with the seaweed on the inside and rice on the outside. This changes the texture and taste slightly, although the filling remains the same as in standard kimbap.

Ingredients:
4 cups of cooked rice,
a package of seaweed,
a package of crab-meat,
1 carrot,
30g of marinated radish,
100g of omelet,
a small package of fresh spinach,

sesame seeds,
sesame oil.

In a large bowl, combine cooked rice with a sauce made from 1/2 tablespoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of vinegar. Let it cool down to room temperature.

Cut crab-meat, carrot, radish and omelet intro strips. Lightly sauté carrot with some sesame oil.

Blanch spinach in hot water and refresh in cold water.

Put a wrapping foil on a bamboo mat and spread on it a thin layer on rice. Put a sheet of seaweed on it. Place the slice of cheese and the rest of the ingredients you have towards the bottom.

Roll it up gently with your bamboo mat. Take the wrapping foil gently and sprinkle nude kimbap with some sesame seeds. Using a sharp knife, cut the ready rolls into 2cm thick pieces.
